Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager for a seamless transition from product finalization to supply chain management.
- Initiate and oversee Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and other payment methods in collaboration with the finance team.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of goods from China, India, and other regions.
- Manage customs clearance, ensuring adherence to Nepal's customs regulations and timely release of goods.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, optimizing lead times and quantities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, implementing best practices and improvements.
- Analyze supply chain data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- 1 year of proven experience in supply chain management, import/export procedures, and customs clearance.
- Familiarity with payment methods such as LC/TT.
- Strong understanding of Nepal's customs regulations and trade policies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
