• Supervising a team of staff
• Ensuring staff are managed efficiently and meet targets
• Inspecting rooms on daily basis
• Ensuring  areas of work are kept clean throughout the day
• Telephone handling and dealing with guest for any inquiry
• Handling Check in - check out of guest smoothly
• Managing and inspecting work of housekeeping department
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Respond to all guest questions and requests.
