• Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the job search process, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
• Conduct regular workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume writing, interviewing techniques, and professional etiquette.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and hiring practices to ensure trainees are well-prepared for the current job market.
• Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other placement events to connect trainees with potential employers.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee placements and track their progress in securing employment.
• Act as a liaison between trainees and employers during the recruitment process, facilitating communication and negotiations.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Management/Psychology or any relevant field.
• Proven experience in career counseling or job placement services is preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
