Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, considering factors such as loadings, materials, and environmental conditions.
- Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Stay current with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the unique geological and climatic conditions.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of structural designs to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
- Explore and integrate innovative and sustainable practices in structural engineering to minimize environmental impact.
Qualifications:
- Possess 2+ years of experience in Building Structural Design.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (A Master's degree in Structural/Earthquake Engineering is preferred).
- Proficient in utilizing advanced finite element analysis software platforms.
- Familiarity with software tools like Excel, REVIT, RISA 3D, Mathcad, Enercalc, Bluebeam, Anchor software, CAD Software, etc.
- Working knowledge of Building codes, including NBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, and ACI.
- Highly motivated to contribute to business and team growth.
- Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills in English.
