• To be involved in all works related to Store/Inventory Management and Billing of various products (Medicines, Equipment & consumable items/accessories) related to Dentistry (Endodontics & Conservative, Prosthodontics, Implantology, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Dental Radiology, Dental Laboratory, Instrument, Digitial Dentistry, Oral Surgery & Cosmetics Denistry) to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipment & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal.
• Keep up-to-date data on all inventories, documentation of all billing of products in the Store as per the direction by the Store Manager.
• Day-to-day supervision of all stocks, loading/unloading, coordinate with procurement/logistics Department, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads,
• Conduct weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management.

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in Dentistry or BBA/MBA.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. experiences as Store/Inventory/Logistics/Billing Officer/Executive in Medicines, Equipment & consumable items/accessories related to Dentistry (Endodontics & Conservative, Prosthodontics, Implantology, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Dental Radiology, Dental Laboratory, Instrument, Digital Dentistry, Oral Surgery & Cosmetics Dentistry).

Must have own 2 Wheeler with updated License.

Salary & Perks : Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates. All candidates must have professional experiences working in above mentioned positions in the Medical Sectors – Hospitals/Clinics and must be frequently willing to travel throughout Nepal as part of employment.
