- Must have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG / Retail/Other service industry.
- Must have completed at least Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
- Proficiency in MS office package.
- Should have good command in both English& Nepali (speaking and writing).
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Should have ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way.

Job Description:
- To assist in establishment and ensure compliance of store’s short-term and long-term goals with overall company’s objectives
- To follow and enforce store policies and procedures as well as company policies. Be proactive to any other duties assigned by management
- To deliver and excel the benchmark customer service standards
- To handle customer complaints and feedback at the spot
- To conduct periodic inventory control and security checks
- To oversee inventory management, ensuring that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs
- To ensure that visual display and merchandising standards are met
- Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to proper roistering, attendance, coaching/counselling, discipline, grievance handling, terminations and evaluations and maintaining positive employee morale
- Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned.
