Job Description:

• Lead the sales team in achieving the sales target and objectives.
• Responsible for Sales, marketing, and Operations of Danube Home Nepal.
• Hold meetings with weekly and monthly reports and review the performance of all staff.
• Achieve the monthly sales target.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing campaigns or events.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
•  Planning and directing the hiring and training of new staff
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product.
• Assist internal departments like marketing, sales, cashiering, and the technical department.
