Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and achieve mutual goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior procurement staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of expereince in a similar field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Should have knowledge of quotation preparation,
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
