Job Specification: Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Experience: 2+ years in Learning and Development vertical. Proficient in Microsoft Office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Major Responsibilities: Conduct evaluation sand analyses to identify performance, skill, and knowledge gaps and then offer training and development to help individuals enhance their capabilities and performance. Prepare annual learning and development calendar in coordination with SBUH. Delivering training to all sectors of the business, coordinating and organizing training sessions with various stakeholders. Compiling feedback from completed training in order to evaluate and measure performance and make necessary improvements. Where appropriate, sourcing and proposing suppliers and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions. Managing the Learning & Development budget and ensuring the execution of the planned training adhere to the defined budget and timeline. Managing the LinkedIn post of the training sessions in collaborating with team HRBP’s for necessary coverage. Compilation of all the training details and preparation of Live Training MIS and incorporate participant’s learning and development details in HRMS. Core Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English. Attention to details with proactive and ability to plan on assigned tasks.
