Sponsorship Trainee – West Field Office

Job Location: Hasanpur, Nepal

Required Professional Experience

•  Required Education, training, license, registration and certification
• Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies from recognized university/institute or any relevant field.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

• Willingness to commit to World Vision’s Vision, Mission and Core Values
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Have clear personal vision for one’s career growth
• Have Fluent English (Speaking and Writing).
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and apply new concepts and ideas
• Confident and ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate and translate contents/letters into English and Nepali
•  Ability to work effectively and sensitively in the diverse cultural context of Nepal.

Travel and/or Work Environment

• Based at West Field Offices
• Willingness to travel to WVIN’s working areas as required.
• Committed to World Vision Ethos, Mission, Vision and Core values.

Language Requirements

• English and Nepali language essential.
• Preferred other local languages of WVIN’s working areas.
