Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts inventory.
- Receive and process spare parts orders from various departments and external customers.
- Inspect incoming spare parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with spare parts suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all spare parts transactions and inventory movements.
- Work closely with the service and maintenance departments to understand their spare parts needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in spare parts management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of spare parts cataloging and familiarity with automotive spare parts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in spare parts identification.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
