Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospital sector is a plus.

Job Description:

• Deploy the software following SOP for software implementation.
• Provide immediate support to, including installing and configuring software and computer systems ands along with addressing their issues and requirements.
• Gather requirements and document them and disseminate to the immediate supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software and hardware.
• Guide the system users in using the system and provide training if necessary.
• Test, evaluate the system functionality based on client’s requirements and report if any bugs in the software.
• Visit clients regularly, get regular feedback, implement the necessary changes, and provide updates to the client about new developments.
• Communicating with clients on regular basis. Act as first line of technical support during implementation cycle.
• Prepare reports on the daily work log and client status and report to immediate supervisor with regular updates i.e implementation in charge. Every hospital have their respective in charge.
