Roles : 

• Answer customer queries on Social media channels
• Create conversions and guide customers to checkout using e-commerce site
• Help implement sales funnels using conversion-driving techniques and effective communication
• Schedule Social media Creatives on different platforms.

Requirements :

• Fluent in written and spoken English + Nepali Language
• Familiarity with  social media tools and suites including but not limited to:  Meta Suite ( Facebook, Instagram ), Tiktok, Whatsapp
• Ability to work in a team 
• Ability to help enrich creative campaigns and complement team members in content creation and related social media tasks
• Ability to work full-time and on-site at our office located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
