Other Specification:

• BE (Civil) Passed from Recognized University and at least 1 year’s relevant experience in building and documentation
• Conversant with activities / working environment of construction sites
• Good command of both Nepali and English languages and excellent report writing skills
• Able to handle the Trandesmen and site managements
• Keeping records of Materials and execute the sites as per drawings and instruction provided by the Office.

NOTE :  Having a 2-wheeler license is compulsory.

Observation Period : Three Months
 

Provident Fund Starts:  After Completion of six (6) months with progressive mannered works.

Job Description:

• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for sub-contractors, craftspeople and operatives
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
• Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by office
• Responsible for planning and scheduling the work and efficiently carry out the plans to meet agreed deadlines
• Preparing running bill, rate analysis and documentation of all site engineering activities
• Should visit the office every 15 days with bills and wok progress report    
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on site
• Monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples
• Responsible for the procurement and management of construction materials which are to be used on-site
•  Ensure and follow the proper procedure and safety measures during construction
• Provide quality monitoring and feed back to laborers on improvements to be done
• Carry out other assignment as required by the supervisor/office
•  Responsible to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site
• Able to perform the work under time pressure.
