Other Specification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and construction of buildings and structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience working on sustainable building and/or green infrastructure projects is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Architect located 30 KM outside of Dhangadhi. ABARI is building over 10,000 square feet of Rammed Earth and Bamboo Building. The Site Architect will be responsible for:

• Designing construction Details
• Overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all necessary regulatory requirements. 
• Liason with the design Team in Kathmandu
• Quality control
• Book Keeping.
• Making Vendor Payments
• Design of Additional Annex Structures
• Seeing a Daily Log
• Documentation.
