Job Requirements: 

  • At least Bachelor’s degree (or running) in any stream 
  • 1 year of relv. experience in the call center/customer service dept. is highly preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning various programs that maximize the output and productivity of the service operations department. 
  • Provide feedback to the service operations team regarding telephone etiquette, product information given and procedures. 
  • Provide proper rating to all the service operations team (CSR, Customer Care, Foodmandu Fresh) 
  • Provides accurate and timely reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis on call quality, productivity, availability and other key metrics as determined. 
  • Provide performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve call quality. 
  • Identify problems, their possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvements. 
  • Organize team meetings/communication sessions to address and discuss the issues for possible solutions. 
  • Conduct/Lead Training sessions.
