Job Description:

This is a fast paced job that requires quick decision making and staying calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who has the required competencies for this job. 

Responsibilities:

• Learning the client's ERP system. The ERP system is a web-based proprietary platform used by our client where their services are listed out as per their requirements. 
• Our client has a list of health care facilities and a list of health care service providers in their database, and connect the two together on a need basis.  The Service Management Executive will be responsible to coordinate with both parties to set up job schedules.
• Liaise with potential partners and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Reach out to potential clients and assess their readiness to use the client's services.
• Assist back office team with billing and payroll data.
• Compile reports and coordinate with onshore Head Office and offshore back office.
