Required Competencies:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 year of experience in workshop management
• Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures and management
• Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the proper functioning of the workshop.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
• Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate an action plan for effective implementation for improvement
• Ensure timely & quality service at the workshop.
