• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in IVD market or in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices or related medical products
• Must be PC literate and able to provide technical support for IT products
• Resourceful with good communication and interpersonal skills including presentation to diverse audiences
• Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Result oriented and creative in problem solving skills
• Effective team player as well able to work independently
• Able to perform 24/7 stand by duties
• Should address the customer problem if there is any.

Job Description

• To install medical & Laboratory equipment's and to perform field troubleshooting
• To train customer for use and routine maintenance of the equipment
• To carry out routine maintenance, service and breakdown repair of equipment installed by the company
• To regularly visit installation site for routine visit
• To provide remote maintenance service via; telephone, Skype, Google Meet, WhatsApp for emergency equipment maintenance
• To produce documents of all installation, maintenance, remote maintenance, training service provided and to communicate it to higher authorities
• To attend the training programs (Virtual as well) when company organizes the training.
