- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.

- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair.
- Process service orders and invoices accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.
Job Requirements
- BE/Diploma in Automobile can apply.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in the service field
