Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance and optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using various tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creative development, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, design, and development teams, to develop and execute integrated SEO campaigns.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase website conversions and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior members of our SEO and Content Team, providing guidance and support on SEO and Content best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in SEO Lead/Specialist or similar position.
- Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and techniques, including keyword research and analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, SEMrush, Facebook Blueprint, or Hootsuite Social Media Marketing.
