Responsibilities: Carry out detailed overall Sales Policy of various Electronics Products (Small Home Appliances) under Goenka Electronics & Khaitan Brand with implementation of Policy bound Method. Realizations of Sales Target (Monthly/Yearly) as per instruction by the Business Unit Head and the Management. Making new Dealerships and Channel development within Kathmandu Vally for Sales of various Electronics Products. Payment collections strictly within ageing-limit from all customers/parties. Sales of Electronics products only on BG or Cash only. No credit Sales are allowed. Market analysis of competitor’s products/price, market coverages and comparision with Goenka Electronics Products. Formulation of new Strategies for both Sales promotion and payment collections. Hedging in advance possible default scenarios of customers/parties. Reviewing Sales and payment collections of Junior Sales Staffs and guiding them to perform more efficiently, precisely both in terms of Sales & payment collections. Coordinate with Technicians for resolving all service related issues promptly. Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly internal meetings in coordination with Business Unit Head (BUH) as well as Finance & Account Officers/Manager/CFO. Prepare daily Market visit Reports shwoing daily Sales and payment collection status, ageing-limits and report to both Business Unit Head and the Management. Strictly follow through for the implementation of Sales Policy as well as Company’s Rules & Regulations. Assist Recovery Department for all recovery processes of pending payments and of all critical parties/customers. Perform all other works related to Sales & Marketing of Electronics Products as per the instruction by the Management.

Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Management – Candidates must have own Motorbike with valid license
Experiences: 2+ years of working experiences as Sr. Sales Officer in Sales & Marketing of Electronics Products (Small Home Appliances ) in Kathmandu
Salary: NRs. 50 Thousand Gross/Month depending upon experience of the candidates – 15% increment Gross after One Year’s Service.
