Senior Manager - Policy, People & Operations

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of HR management,  including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR  policies and regulations. 
  • Policy Development: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. 
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes,  enhance operational efficiency, and reduce administrative overhead. 
  • Talent Development: Create and implement talent development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth, fostering a high-performance culture. 
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the alignment of HR operations with strategic business objectives. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR management experience, including policy development, talent development, and operational efficiency improvement. 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve HR processes to achieve business goals. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure performance. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
