• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality OR Management from a reputed College/University
• Minimum two years’ experience in Real Estate OR Hospitality Industry
• Experience in managing hotels/resortswill be an added advantage
• Experience in dealing with people from travel and trade related field
• Experience in marketing and business development activates.

• Very good organizer. Able to get things done from travel / trade related people. 
• Active person and able to work in a team
• Persuasive and good communication skill
• Proficient in Written/Spoken English
• Able to work using various apps on smartphone; must be tech savvy
• Knowledge of social media marketing.

Job Description:

• Explore and get deals for new properties
• Marketing expats’ community, corporates and multinational companies for various apartments and houses of the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with Property Owners, INGOs, corporates and multinational companies.

Note: Candidates with a two wheeler and a valid license is highly preferred.
