Professional Pre-requisites
- 2 years of work experience in the Hospitality / Service industry at a junior level
- Able to manage staff and shifts
- Basic technical knowledge about machinery and equipment
- Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge.
Areas of Responsibility
- Ensures proper functioning and monitors the condition and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Ensures proper condition of theater assets like seats, 3D glasses, RO water, projection sound and visual, food display machines, and items for a better customer experience.
- Plans and manages internal staff meetings, housekeeping, and security.
- Prepares duty roaster of staff and manages them in rush hours.
- Directs staff for cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales reports to compare with data from ticketing software.
- Assists in training the internal and outsourced staff to ensure quality customer service.
- Monitors the smooth operation of entire services provided to the guests to enhance the movie- going experience and respond appropriately to crises.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
