Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive admissions and revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of admission counselors to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the admissions team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with country-wise documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or related roles within the education or EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in team management, including setting targets, performance evaluation, and coaching.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with country-wise documentation processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Candidates with experience working with EdTech platforms or similar industry backgrounds will be given preference.
