Job Description:

• Ensuring deadlines are met in order to assure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for a varied range of clients.
• To carry out Company Secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients liaising with Company House.
• To provide advice and support on compliance issues to all management, staff & clients.
• Dealing with statutory affairs of different companies.
• Preparing statutory documents and making changes online.
• Responsible for ensuring AML compliance in the organization.
• Regularly updating the Practice Management.
• Issuing Engagement letters and complying with the company's setup process.
