Job Description:

• Lead the development of backend systems to support new and existing products and services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure they are developing high-quality code and continuously improving their skills.
• Collaborate with team members to make technical decisions, identify and evaluate new technologies, and implement best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to established standards.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of backend systems by conducting code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualification:

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.

Requirement/Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Golang, Python, and Typescripts/JavaScript.
• Experience with database systems susch as PostgreSQL, Redis, and other NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions and experience leading a team of engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement efficient and maintainable solutions.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
