Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems and APIs using Django and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide accurate estimations for development efforts.
• Write high-quality, testable, effective, and reusable code
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues, identifying and implementing timely solutions.
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers across all development.
