Senior Associates -Sales (Equivalent to Senior Assistant )

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Management, Finance, Account, Economics, Business Studies, Law, Mathematics, Statistics
• Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing in banking or Insurance sector.
• Age not exceeding 26 years.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Achievement of sales target
• Communication with agents regularly and mobilization them for sales growth.
• Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by eliminating procedural hassles
• Any other matter as required by the Company.

Salary & Benefits: As per Company’s Rule which is best in the industry.
