Job Description:
- Negotiating deals for campaigns and ensuring your sellers participate in weekly campaigns & adopt seller tools
- Monitor seller performance to see which sellers require extra focus and ensure progress
- Determining and providing appropriate training & developing to sellers based on their performance
- Making sure sellers are aware of and comply with Daraz policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure business growth of sellers while maintaining customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree (Preferred) in any related streams
- At least 1 year of work experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with internal teams and external parties
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Must have Two-Wheeler to make Seller Visits when Required.
