- Qualifications : Intermediate/Bachelor Degree in Science/Medical related subjects or BBS/BBA with work experiences in Medical Sectors
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Scrub Technician engaging various type of Surgery Cases in Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
- In-depth understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and their uses.
- Proficient in sterilization techniques and procedures to maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain surgical equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists.
