Requirements:

• Master’s in Psychology/Counseling Psychology completed;
• At least 1 year experience in the field of psychosocial/school counseling, Freshers with internship experience and trainings can apply;
• Professional working knowledge and skills of counseling and mental health services;
• The candidate must have a passion towards people, be able to listen empathetically and be patient while dealing with adverse situation;
• The candidate must have proper communication skills and be open to accepting responsibilities while working in a team;
• Creative and innovative enough to discuss and bring new ideas to the counseling team.

*The selected candidates are required to undergo intensive training.
