Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a sales representative or sales associate team.
  • Set sales goals and devise ways to meet them.
  • To ensure that objectives are met or surpassed, monitor and evaluate sales success measures.
  • Provide coaching, training, and direction to the sales staff in order to improve their abilities and productivity.
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews and offer team members with feedback.
  • Create and execute sales plans, strategies, and activities to propel business development.
  • Work with the marketing department to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and build connections with important customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.
  • Prepare and deliver to management sales data, projections, and budgets.
  • Sales expenditures and budgets must be monitored and managed.
  • Identify and execute best practices for process improvement.
