Job Description:
- Lead and manage a sales representative or sales associate team.
- Set sales goals and devise ways to meet them.
- To ensure that objectives are met or surpassed, monitor and evaluate sales success measures.
- Provide coaching, training, and direction to the sales staff in order to improve their abilities and productivity.
- Conduct frequent performance reviews and offer team members with feedback.
- Create and execute sales plans, strategies, and activities to propel business development.
- Work with the marketing department to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and build connections with important customers and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver to management sales data, projections, and budgets.
- Sales expenditures and budgets must be monitored and managed.
- Identify and execute best practices for process improvement.
