Role and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers to grow our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their lighting needs, and offering suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our diverse range of light fixtures to prospective customers.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical specifications to address customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Keep in touch with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.
- A passion for lighting solutions and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of lighting terminology, products, and technical aspects is a plus.
- Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
