Responsibilities:

• To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
• To select and develop a team of Sales Representative
• To ensure secondary sales as per the target.

Experience:

• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry
• Prior Experience must in FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry.

Skills Required:

• Ability to Implement
• Ability to Improvise.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be held in two stages:

• Interview will be conducted in first stage.
• Candidate’s skill and enthusiasm about the job will be conducted in second stage.

Salary:

Depending upon prior experience and performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 per month.

Quarterly Incentive:

• Quarterly Incentive as per the rules of the organization.

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
