Job Description:

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, services and warranty policies)
• Collaborate with the marketing department to achieve the common strategies
• Generate own sales enquiries to reach their monthly and annual sales target
• Identify clients with interests in Pitstop services. Take initiative to reach out to these clients through office visits, calls, and arranged meetings to spot their needs and preferences
• Keep record of each and every inquiry and filter them according to hot and cold prospects. Timely follow up with each customer. Report to the HOD as and when asked
• Assist clients in selecting suitable services that better meets their needs and specification
• Offer discounts, value added services benefits or and other facility as per the marketing department campaign
• Keep in touch with clients/ customers in order to have an opening for future business proposals and sales offers
• Ensure that customers' understand the vehicle’s service features, paper work, required time frame for delivery and warranty
• Work in close coordination with technical team
• Oversee the closing of sales deals, ensuring the completion of service contract, explanation of service warranty, confirmation of payment, and delivery of vehicle
• Present regular reports to the HOD on sales activities and achieved targets
• Liaise with other departmental like Marketing, Technical and other department under VOITH if required Discuss on the customer’s voice, demand or choice. Prepare and implement strategies with other departments for boosting sales and maximizing profits.
