Responsibilities: Make, set terms, define territory, motivate, and manage Distributors, Dealers, Wholesalers throughout Kathmandu for edible Oil products under Siddhivinayak Oils Pvt. Ltd. and various Steels products under Goenka Steels Pvt. Ltd. Development of new outlets, promote and maintain customer relationships both existing and new Define maximum stock level with distributor, take physical stock, arrange them right, maintain only adequate stock levels with retailers and distributors without dumping Take closing stock position a day prior to supply, propose supply quantity, coordinate with factory for dispatch, collect payments, reduce cost of supply, bad debts Engage in promotion, branding and marketing activities in the Market for all the Oil and Steel products Proper coordination with all stakeholders in the Market keeping an eye on competitor’s products Assist in formulating Sales & Marketing Plan for Oil products prospecting, customer service, objection handling, sales forecasting, client relationships and coordinating after Sales Services Developing in-depth knowledge of company products Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target customers Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, market position, coverage, price fluctuations etc.in order to generate optimum revenue for the company Balance confirmation of all parties of all Sales transactions Engage in all other relevant Sales & Marketing related activities as per the Company’s Policy Must have driving license.
