Role & responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Responsible for coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Have in-depth knowledge about the products, and markets and transfer the same down the line.
- Responsible for achievement of sales assigned on a Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly, and Yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate sales records, and sales reports and provide timely feedback to the Management.
- Monitor competitor’s sales and marketing activities and collect pertinent data.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Inculcate a sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude and culture within the team.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years in relevant field.
