Requirements:
- Bachelor's preferably master's degree in business with a major in marketing.
- Experience as Sales/Marketing Manager in real estate business or related field
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Age preference (30 +)
- Candidate must be proficient in the MS Office package
- Candidate Must have fluent communication skills in English and Nepali
- Age More than or equals to 30 years.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
- Costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
- Carry out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing/apartments
- Research and analyze sales/purchase options and new business opportunities
- Plan Marketing campaigns, ATL, BTL, Digital
- Closing sales deals with clients in the field as well as office
- Scheduling for client site visits and allocating site staffs
- Responsible for leading sales and marketing team to reach targets and audit team.
