  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Director of Marketing & Sales in a larger ICT project implementation. 
  • Six years or more of progressive ICT sales experience.
  • Experience with re-positioning and strategic planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise/corporate and software business markets. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing both traditional and digital.
  • Results driven, energetic and focused.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line.
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

Note:

  • Offered Salary ( Tentative Range) :125000 monthly with commissions
  • Preference shall be given to candidtes with Master's degree in IT or BE in Computer Science;BBA/MBA with Sound IT knowledge.

 

Job Description:

The responsibilities of a Sales Manager include hiring, training, and providing professional development for their teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date. They also generate reports tracking how well each individual achieves these seasonal targets.

 

  • Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects by developing relationships with Principals, CEOs, Owners, Managers, Administrators and Chartered Accountants (CA)
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport to promote sales of e-School & e-Accounting
  • Preparation of quotations, costings and technical proposal to provide to customers
  • Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins and handover to project implementation team
  • Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly.
