Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales agents, helping them improve their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Team.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales not mandatory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
