Job Description:
We are seeking Sales Head for our brand Mivi, for ensuring the smooth operation and uplifiting the brand in the market.
- Develop and manage an effective distribution channel support and supervise distributors/dealers to achieve sales target; negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy.
- Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and product competitors and propose new product lineups, sales policy and promotion program.
- Monitor sales progess, give quick responses to market change.
- Cooperate with dealer for in-store promotions, display program, sub-dealer programs and sell-out scheme lead and motivate sales team to reach company goal.
- Handle both sales goal and people management: Sales Coaching, building sales team capability and evaluate performance of direct report.
Job Specification:
- 5+Year experience in manager position of relevant business industries.
- No barrier for Business trips.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skill.
- High level of integrity and work ethics.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.
