Job Description:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all distributors and potential clients
- Identifying potential customers (Distributors) for new business
- Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in your area
- Recording sales and order information
- Take responsibility for any customer complaints / issues & resolve them at earliest possible
- Following and maintaining the account settlement of distributors as per company policy
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling and outbound emails
- Identify and analyze customer needs and requirements
- Negotiate and close deals
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
