Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, effectively highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and represent the company professionally.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (in progress or completed).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adept at managing time and priorities to maximize efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
