Job Description:
- To provide on-time and actively feedback about customer outstanding to the credit control & collection department
- To maintain daily working report
- To achieve assigned monthly target
- To promote company's range of products in the market and give feedback to the concerned departmental head
- To assist in several sales and promotion activities as organized by the different departments
- Any other task assigned by the management
- Manage accounts with overdue payments professionally and empathetically.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven sales and/or collections experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Understanding of financial principles and collection best practices.
