Job Description:

• Identifying, developing and maintaining client/business relationships with the relevant and responsible persons
• Negotiating the terms and finalizing the contract between the company and client
• Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in-line with our client’s requirements
• Winning new business from potential clients.
• Business development and compliance management skills
• Carry out promotional activities as per company's promotional plan/strategies
• Database management of the customers
• Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
• Interact with the clients to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
• Deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks to improve services
• Passionate, experienced and knowledgeable about Digital Marketing.
