Key Result Areas of the Position:

• Ensure process of Safety Management System(SMS) are established, implemented & Maintained.
• Ensure periodic review are conducted to determine effectiveness of the system.
• Create a process on hazard identification & implementation of corrective/preventive actions along with safety risk analysis.
• Ensure proper safety audit, survey & recommendations for corrective/preventive actions.
• Investigation of the occurrences & coordination with concerned stakeholder.
• Ensure proper safety promotion throughout the company.
• Develop, review, evaluate & maintain company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
• Coordination with regulatory bodies.

Competencies Required:

• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary aviation safety Investigation procedures and policies.
• Full-time experience in aviation safety in the capacity of an aviation safety investigator, safety/quality manager or safety risk manager.
• An extensive knowledge of safety management systems (SMS) and have completed appropriate SMS training;
• Sound knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks, including ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) and relevant civil aviation regulations;
• Comprehensive knowledge of NCAR, NCAR Part M, NCAR Part 145;
• Comprehensive knowledge of CAME and MOE
• 10 years aviation experience with at east 5 years of sound technical management experience with computer literacy and superior analytical skills;
• Should have prior Flying Experience.
