• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Regularly follow the Apple seed application and get the new update about the new devices and go through the exams.
• Helps to achieve sales target of the store.
• Maintaining record of inter-branch sales and purchase via software.
• Prepare daily sales report and send to higher management on a daily basis.
• Be punctual with the working hours and be in formal attires.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions promptly and building rapport.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records into the software.
• Manages financial transactions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
