Job Description:

• Manage reservations and sales for Green Mansions, including handling reservations through online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls, emails and social media platforms ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist with promoting and marketing the property on social media to increase occupancy rates.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
• Conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients to promote Green Mansions and increase occupancy rates.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

NOTE: Salary range: 20,000-30,000 per month + service charge.

Job Specification:

• Experience in reservations or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and promoting the property.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of reservation and sales software is a plus.
